The IP Company at Naval Industry Days in Athens

Over the past two days, The IP Company was in Athens for the Naval Industry Days, organized within the Partners International Business (PIB) programme by the Dutch government and NIDV. It was a fantastic opportunity to present our company to the Greek maritime and defence sectors.

Yesterday, we had the privilege of speaking at the Officers’ Club of Athens. There, we shared our vision for secure wireless communications, alarm messaging, and track-and-trace solutions with high-ranking naval officers, representatives from Greek industry, and in the presence of the Dutch ambassador.

It was inspiring to see the strong interest in innovative communications solutions that enhance safety and efficiency, especially in critical environments such as maritime operations. During the business-to-business session, we met with ten Greek companies that expressed concrete interest in collaboration.

The day concluded with a networking reception at the ambassador’s residence — a wonderful opportunity to strengthen relationships and explore new possibilities. Today, we visited Shipyard Skaramangas, where a submarine was undergoing maintenance, gaining firsthand insight into naval operations.

These two days reaffirmed the growing global demand for reliable, secure, and flexible communication solutions. With The IP Company, we are taking major steps to meet that need, and it is rewarding to see our efforts recognized internationally. The future of secure communication is bright, and we are proud to play a leading role as a Dutch technology company.
