Wireless Communication and Messaging System
Effective Communication for Emergency Response
Dynamic communication software designed for emergency response and damage control
Modern naval operations demand absolute reliability and speed. When you’re managing complex missions on the open water, relying on fragmented technology simply isn’t an option.
Our Wireless Communication and Messaging System (WCMS) provides an intelligent IP-PBX infrastructure that acts as the central brain of your vessel. As a unified communication hub, it offers naval operators the flexibility to connect the right people in any situation with reliable speech, video, and chat communication.
The system processes critical alarms and real-time coordination simultaneously, connecting every crew member from the bridge to the engine room. It presents a user-friendly, intuitive interface that significantly reduces training time. By utilizing role-based calling and secure mobile networks, it guarantees that mission-critical messages are delivered effectively, minimizing the risk of errors during high-pressure scenarios.
The Central Knowledge Base
Standard marine radio has served its purpose, but modern fleets require more than just voice transmission over VHF. Today’s maritime environments need a central hub-a Knowledge Base-that handles data, critical alarms, and real-time coordination simultaneously.
Our system acts as the central nervous system of the ship, processing millions of data points securely. It ensures that everyone is operating from the same validated information, eliminating confusion and communication breakdowns during complex operations.

Speed and Role-Based Calling
In a crisis, you don’t have time to call a specific desk hoping someone is there. You need to reach the person, not the place. Our system utilizes intelligent, role-based calling. Instead of dialing a physical phone, you instantly connect with the current Chief Engineer or Medic on Duty.
This means you get to the role you need at the touch of a button, regardless of where they are currently located on the ship. It accelerates response times drastically, turning alarms into action in seconds.

Uncompromising Security Integration
When it comes to defense operations, security is paramount. Intercepted signals or dropped connections can compromise an entire mission. We build our naval communication systems with military-grade encryption and redundancy protocols.
Through our strategic partnership with BlackBerry, we optionally integrate SecuSUITE to safely handle voice calls and messages at the highest security levels, including Secret. There is no single point of failure; if one node goes down, the network instantly adapts.

IP Phones and Smartphones
The system connects fixed IP phones on the bridge and at key locations across the ship using encrypted connections. Anyone can call anyone, whether they are a single crew member or an entire group, directly and securely.
Crew members use smartphones that stay completely ’empty’ (zero data at rest) until a user securely logs in with a password or a military NFC card. If a device is disconnected from the navy network, it immediately erases all information to prevent unauthorized use.

Continuous R&D
Our solutions are never static. Through ongoing development and the integration of artificial intelligence, the system continuously evolves, becoming faster, smarter, and more capable over time to meet the ever-changing demands of naval defense.

Yes, the WCMS runs completely on the ship’s own local network infrastructure (WiFi, Tetra, or Private LTE). It does not require an active internet or satellite connection to facilitate internal ship-wide communications.
The central knowledge base automatically prioritizes incoming data and alarms based on severity and operational context. It prevents alert fatigue by intelligently routing only the most critical information to the specific roles required to handle them.
Yes, the system is designed to integrate seamlessly with the ship’s core platforms, such as the Platform Management System and Combat Management System, gathering alarms and data without requiring a complete overhaul of existing hardware.
Because the devices utilize zero data at rest, there is no sensitive information stored locally on the hardware. If a device is lost or disconnected from the secure military network, it is immediately wiped, ensuring absolute data security.
