Implementation
Prior to implementation a site survey will be done by The IP Company to manage the project as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
The purpose of a site survey is to identify all the needs (and possibly forgotten specifications) of the customer, so during the project none of the parties (the client and The IP Company) will get unwanted surprises.
A report will be made of the site survey which clearly specifies the actions (with date) which still needs to be carried out by the client before the open-source IPB server can be installed. Any additional requirements will also be listed in this report.
During the site survey, these persons will be addressed: The person in charge in the company for the telephone system and the installer or responsible person for the internal power and data and telephony.
Then we will begin the installation, testing, operational matters and care of the system.
During the installation we install the server in your "computer room" and we link our system to the telephone network. Then we test the entire configuration which will be tested for functionality, capacity and performance. After the test a test report will be produced. After this is done an appointment will be made for making the system operational. A few days after the being operational, a member of The IP Company will be present during opening hours for provisioning aftercare or maintenance.
